*Cancellations due to errors in confirming activity details will be subject to a cancellation fee as per the Terms and Conditions.

*The tour may not be held in the Kerama Islands due to sea conditions on the day of the tour. The captain of the boat and the instructor in charge will determine the sea conditions on the day of the tour. Please note that the dive site may be changed due to sea conditions. In such a case, we will change the point or schedule. When you make a reservation, you are considered to have "agreed" to the change of point or schedule. If you change the point or cancel on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

*In the event that multiple dives are requested, there will be no refunds for reduction in the number of dives on the day of the dive. Please understand that.
If you would like to increase the amount on the day of the event, please let our staff know.

Conditions of Participation

*For safety reasons, this plan is not available to those who fall under any of the following categories.
＜Epilepsy, lung or respiratory disease, heart disease, diabetes, and those with applicable items on the medical history check on the day of the visit.
In addition to the above, those with pre-existing medical conditions or those taking medication may not be able to participate. Please consult your doctor and bring a medical certificate that states that there is no problem with your participation. Without a medical certificate, your participation will be denied and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

*You may not board an airplane after diving. There is a risk of a diving sickness called decompression sickness, so you must allow at least 18 hours.

*Reading, writing, and communication in Japanese are required for this plan. If you are unable to communicate in Japanese, or if the instructor determines that you are unable to communicate in Japanese, you will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons and will be charged a cancellation fee as specified.
