There are many half-day and day trip plans available for Kerama.

There are many options for how to spend your time, whether you want to stay on one island for a relaxing stay or take a boat trip around several islands.

Model Course of Kerama Travel

Kerama is also popular for its ease of planning according to one's own schedule.

Here is a model course for each plan.

Half-day course①

シュノーケル

Half-day tours that offer snorkeling and diving experiences in Kerama meet at a port near the airport and take a dedicated tour company boat to Kerama.

Most tours have two tours a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and even if you have less time to spend, you can go directly to the spot from Naha City, so you can fully enjoy the Kerama area.

Most tours meet at Naha Miegi Port near the airport, and you can return to Naha City in the afternoon if you join early in the morning, or in the evening if you join around noon.

Rates start at approximately 5,000 yen.

If you join us in the morning

We will meet at the place and time designated by the tour company.

We will move to snorkeling and diving spots in Kerama to enjoy the marine world.

Other plans include wakeboarding and banana boating.

After enjoying the sea a lot, we will return to Naha City around noon.

In the afternoon, you can go shopping or visit tourist attractions on the main island, or you can go directly to the airport and return home.

If you join us in the afternoon

Since the port is also close to Naha Airport, it is possible to arrive at Naha Airport in the morning and immediately join a tour in the afternoon.

Meet at the location and time designated by the tour company and transfer to Kerama.

After enjoying half a day of activities, the ship will return to Naha in the evening.

At night, you can relax at the hotel or enjoy Okinawan cuisine in the city center.

Half-day course (2)

慶良間諸島でカヌーを楽しむ人たち

There are also a variety of half-day tours that meet locally, crossing to the island by high-speed boat or ferry.

Numerous plans are available, including canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, and diving experiences.

If your stay is limited, choose Tokashiki Island, which is only 35 minutes away by high-speed boat, to stay longer than other islands.

When you join a tour, the company will pick you up at the port, so you can go directly to the beach and participate in marine activities.

After having fun, you can return to Naha by boat in the afternoon, enjoy sightseeing and gourmet food, and be back in time for your flight later in the evening.

Note that out of season, boats departing from Tokashiki Island only depart in the evening, so those wishing to return in half a day should be careful.

One-day course ①.

慶良間諸島でダイビングを楽しむ2人

There are also a variety of one-day tours departing from Naha Miejo Port.

On the day of the tour, we will meet at the location and time designated by the tour company and travel to Kerama by the company's private cruiser.

The recommended course is a two-point tour of diving and snorkeling.

It is attractive to sign up for a tour for an efficient one-day trip to the two islands.

Many plans depart in the morning and return in the evening, allowing you to fully enjoy the Keramas even on a day trip.

Prices for most one-day tours start at about 8,500 yen.

Day Trip Course (2)

座間味島でシュノーケリングを楽しむ2人

Unlike the half-day course, if you have a little extra time, we recommend going to Zamami Island, which has a Michelin-starred beach.

By high-speed boat, you can reach Zamami Island in about 50 minutes.

Zamami is a particularly popular island with a high probability of encountering sea turtles.

We recommend a tour that arrives at the port in the morning to dive or observe sea turtles at a snorkeling spot, and in the afternoon you can enjoy parasailing or wakeboarding.

Also, Kozamami Beach is located just a short distance from the port, so you can go swimming or just relax on the sandy beach.

You can return to Naha by boat in the evening and enjoy the city center at night, or fly home at night.

2 nights 3 days course

For a slightly longer stay of 3 days and 2 nights, we recommend the plan to visit 3 islands in the Kerama archipelago: Aka Island, Zamami Island, and Tokashiki Island.

[Day 1

From Naha Airport, transfer to Tomari Port and take a boat to Tokashiki Island.

After touring around the city center with its many restaurants and stores, visitors can rent a bike or take a bus to Abalen Beach.

The beach here offers SUP and canoe rentals so that visitors can enjoy marine activities on their own or join a tour.

On that day, you can stay at accommodations on Tokashiki Island and taste Okinawan delicacies in the restaurant district.

At night, you can take a walk under a sky with countless stars.

[Day 2

Go to Abaren Port on Tokashiki Island and take a boat to Aka Island.

The fare is 800 yen one-way for adults and 450 yen for children, and takes about 20 minutes.

From the harbor, walk 18 minutes or rent a bicycle to get to Kitahama Beach, the largest beach on Aka Island.

Here, too, you can enjoy marine activities as they rent equipment for the activities.

In the evening, move to Hizcushi Beach to watch the sunset.

If you stay at accommodations in downtown Aka Island, you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of a tastefully remote island.

There is also a restaurant with a view of the ocean, and if you are lucky, you may be able to see the Kerama deer, which are only found in the Keira area.

[Day 3

On the last day, we will move to Zamami Island.

A 20-minute boat ride from Aka Port on the Kerama Passage will take you to Zamami Island.

Kozamami Beach, a 5-minute drive away, is arch-shaped and has beautiful waters that have been awarded 2 Michelin stars.

Here, too, marine activities abound, and visitors can take tours and enjoy swimming.

The city center can also be reached on foot from Kozamami Beach, where you can enjoy food and scenery, as well as Okinawan gourmet eateries and an observation deck.

After enjoying Zamami to the fullest, we will return to Naha City on the evening flight.
