Access to the site

Mie Castle Port is not shown on the map, so please set your car navigation system to "Naha Beachside Hotel" near the port.

After passing through the toll gate at the harbor entrance, enter the harbor, turn right, and walk about 200 meters to the waiting area (easily recognizable by the triangular roof).

The parking fee in the harbor is ￥500/day. Please park in the white parking lots as the yellow parking lots are contracted parking lots.

Cancellation fee for this plan

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

10 to 8 days before: 20% of the price
7 days to 2 days before: 30% of the price
The day before the date of use: 50% of the total amount
On the day of use: 100% of the price

*If you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to bad weather or flight cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
*Cancellations made outside of business hours (after 6:00 p.m.) will be deemed to be cancellations made the following day.

About the plan

*We will be closed on 7/2, 7/15, 8/2, 9/2, 9/3, and 9/8.

* Participants weighing 120 kg or more are not allowed to participate.

*On the day of the tour, please wear a swimsuit and bring a bath towel, a change of clothes, shoes that can get wet (e.g., flip-flops), and sunscreen, if necessary.

*After the tour, you may use the showers at the port for a fee. However, passengers using the shuttle car are requested to take a shower on board and change clothes before returning to the port. The pick-up car will depart immediately after returning to port. Please note that passengers are not allowed to board the pick-up car while soaking wet.

*If the minimum number of participants of 10 or more does not show up, the tour may be cancelled at the discretion of the day before the tour. Please understand in that case.

*We do not land on the islands.

*Pickups and drop-offs are on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available.

*The photo gift is a free service. In the event that we are unable to give it to you due to a malfunction or other reason, we will not be able to refund your money. *People with circulatory or respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day of the event are not allowed to participate.
Also, depending on your health condition on the day of the event, you may not be able to participate. Please understand this in advance.

*Pregnant women are not allowed to attend. Please note that no refunds will be made in case of discovery on the day of the event.

About pick up and drop off

*Pick-up and drop-off locations are at designated locations. Please choose the location closest to your accommodation at the time of reservation.
