Cancellation Policy

*In the event that a reservation is changed or cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation or change fee will be charged
Please note that bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

7 to 2 days prior: 30%.
The day before: 50%.
On the day: 100%.

*We may have no choice but to cancel the tour if we deem it unsafe to do so due to ocean conditions (strong winds, high waves, etc.).
In this case, the cancellation is for our convenience and no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, please note that the cost of meals ordered (BBQ, etc.) will not be refunded.

About the meal.
