In case of bad weather 》
If we know in advance (if the ship is likely to be cancelled, or if it is cloudy or raining), we will inform you the day before.
We will consult with you to let you know if it is possible to photograph on the day of the event due to high cloud cover. It is also possible to wait for the weather to clear at the observatory and contact us when it does.
However, a cancellation fee will be charged if the customer decides, for example, "I will cancel because there are clouds during the day or in the evening, which is not ideal.
We will carefully guide you through the process, including whether or not you can shoot today.

*We will not be able to take pictures around the full moon because the moon is too bright. Moonrise and moonset are different depending on the day, so we will inform you of the available date and time at the time of application.

Shota-san has a wealth of knowledge about stars, and the commentary we listened to while looking up at the real starry sky was as realistic as in a real planetarium. I was very happy to be able to see the Milky Way for the first time in my life and even take a picture with it, which I usually don't get to see in Honshu because of the rainy season. We also saw many shooting stars. My son was also very happy. Thank you very much for this memorable experience.
