*Okinawa mornings are very busy on weekday mornings due to traffic restrictions. If you are coming from outside of Naha City, please allow a considerable amount of time for your visit.Cancellation due to customer's reason such as not being able to depart on time will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.Please note that the following is not included in the price. Please understand this beforehand.Please be aware of this.

*Parking is available for ¥500 all day for those coming by rental car.

We regret that we are unable to accept participants who do not have a Japanese interpreter available, as this will make it difficult to ensure the safety of the participants.

If you do not speak Japanese on the day of the tour, we may decline the tour at our local discretion. We ask for your understanding.

Cancellation fee for this plan

In the event of cancellation for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Day before or on the day of the event: 100%.
2 days before: 50%.
3 days before: 30%.

*Cancellations made outside of business hours (19:00) will be processed on the next business day.

*No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to deteriorating ocean conditions.
(This will be treated as a "tour cancellation" rather than a "cancellation". No cancellation fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to typhoons, strong winds, etc. or flight cancellations.)

*If you refuse on the day of the event, a cancellation fee will be charged. Please understand.

*Play in the ocean requires that you are in good health.
