If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

10 to 8 days prior to the date of use: 20%.
7 days to 2 days prior to the date of use: 30%.
Day before the date of use: 50%.
On the day of use: 100%.

*Due to business hours, if you contact Tours after 6:00 p.m., it will be handled the next day. Please contact the guide in charge directly, or please note that the calculation will be made on or after the next day.

Notes on the tour

*Sea turtles are wild animals. Depending on the sea conditions, you may not be able to see them. Please understand that no refunds will be made even if you do not see any turtles.

*Times may vary depending on the ocean conditions and weather on the day of the tour. In the event that your arrival time is delayed and your stay on Tokashiki Island is shortened, we will not be able to refund your money or provide any other support. Please understand this in advance.

*There is capacity for vessels and buses on site (Tokashiki Port - each beach). Therefore, suitcases and other large luggage are not allowed.

*If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be cancelled at the discretion of the tour organizer up to the day before the tour.

*Please note that for safety reasons, persons over 60 years of age are not allowed to participate in this tour. However, if you are accompanied by a companion under the age of 60 and agree to the condition that you may only board the boat (no swimming or snorkeling), we will accept your reservation.

*You will board a cruiser for diving. There are no ladders for getting on and off the cruiser, and you will need to climb on and off the cruiser from the shore.

*People with circulatory or respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day of the event are not allowed to participate. In addition, depending on your health condition on the day of the event, you may not be able to participate. Please understand this beforehand.

*If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian's signature is required on the consent form.

*Showers and changing rooms are available at each beach.

*Please note that the arrival time may be delayed due to ocean conditions or weather on the day of the tour, and the time spent on Tokashiki Island may be shortened. In such cases, we will not be able to offer refunds. Please understand in advance.

*There may be a delay in the return time to Naha Miejo Port. Please allow plenty of time for your flight. We will not be responsible for any passengers who miss the flight.

*This is a one-day tour. Please note that return flights on different dates are not available.

*Wearing a life jacket is required for swimming and snorkeling with fins.

*Swimming is generally at your own risk. For your safety, please swim only in areas supervised by lifeguards, and be sure to wear a life jacket when snorkeling.

When coming by rental car, please search for "Naha Beachside Hotel" in your car navigation system.
After arriving at the Naha Beachside Hotel, pass by and follow the road until you come to the entrance of Miegusuku Port.
Enter the parking lot gate and go to the waiting area with the white triangular roof at the far right.
