Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation from the day before to the day before the reservation: free of charge
Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the fee
Cancellation on the day: 100% of the fee

*Sailings or tours may be cancelled due to sea or weather conditions. You will be notified the day before or the day of the tour.

*Tour locations and schedules are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions on the day of the tour.

*This program is for those who are in good health with no current illness or injury. A doctor's certificate is required for those who are in the hospital or on regular medication.

Examples of non-participation: history of epilepsy / cardiac disease (angina pectoris, arrhythmia, etc.) or regular use of applicable medications / high blood pressure, low blood pressure, diabetes with a history of treatment or medication in the past 10 years / respiratory disease (current asthma, history of pneumothorax, etc.) / pregnant, possible, within 2 months postpartum / within 1 month after surgery, etc.

Examples of medical certificates required: history of sinus surgery, inner ear disease (hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo), migraine headaches (more than twice a month), history of neurological disorders, head contusion with loss of consciousness within the past 5 years, high cholesterol, etc.
