Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at the customer's request are subject to the following cancellation fees.

Up to 2 days prior: No cancellation fee

*Women who are pregnant or who may be pregnant may not participate.
*Individuals who have been drinking or whom the organizers determine cannot be kept safe will not be permitted to participate.
*You may need to move around inside the ship while it is rocking. Please participate only if you are able to walk on your own without assistance.
*Since whales are wild animals, there is a possibility that we may not spot them. If we are unable to spot them in a timely manner, the observation time may be shortened, and the return time to port may be adjusted accordingly.
*For safety reasons, we ask that you wear a life jacket.
*The event will take place even in case of rain (it will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise announced).
*The event may be canceled due to weather or equipment malfunctions. In such cases, we cannot reimburse transportation costs to the venue or other related expenses.
*If we decide to cancel the event, we will notify you by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
*Please avoid wearing clothing that reveals too much skin, clothing that restricts movement, sandals that slip off easily, shoes that are slippery, shoes that slip off easily, or shoes with heels.
*This tour requires a minimum of 10 participants (infants are not counted toward the minimum number of participants). If the minimum number of participants is not met, we may discuss rescheduling you to a different tour.
*Cancellations made after 2:00 PM the day before for reasons attributable to the customer will incur a cancellation fee of 100% (for online payments, a fee of 100% applies for same-day or no-show cancellations).
*A refund guarantee is available if whales are not sighted during the period from February 1 to February 28; however, this guarantee does not apply if the tour is canceled due to rain or poor visibility, if the tour proceeds without a refund after consultation, if only a blow is observed, or if whales are not sighted due to your own health issues, such as seasickness.
