First, we boarded a boat and headed to the snorkeling spot, and I was amazed by how beautiful the ocean was. Once I got in the water, I was surrounded by so many fish that I couldn’t help but swim with total abandon. After that, it was time for the paragliding I’d been looking forward to—the breathtaking view of the Kerama Islands from above was simply spectacular! The staff were all so kind, and I had a truly wonderful time.

Our family of four participated in this activity. Since it’s an activity that involves some risk, the staff checked in with us frequently, but everyone was very friendly and approachable, which was great. Partly because we hadn’t done much research beforehand, we didn’t fully understand the process involved in parasailing, so I thought a slightly more detailed explanation in advance might have put our minds at ease. Still, both our young elementary school-aged child and we parents had a great time. Thank you very much.

Our family went parasailing. It was very convenient that it was close to Naha Airport, so we didn’t have to travel far. The sensation of cutting through the wind was delightful, and I also appreciated how easy it was to just pop in and do it on the day I arrived in Okinawa. If I had to nitpick, I think it would have been even better if they’d provided some information about what to wear while waiting on the boat.
