Cancellation Policy

*In the event that a reservation is changed or cancelled for the customer's convenience, the following cancellation or change fee will be charged
Please note that bank transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

7 to 2 days prior: 30%.
The day before: 50%.
On the day: 100%.

*We may have no choice but to cancel the tour if we deem it unsafe to do so due to ocean conditions (strong winds, high waves, etc.).
In this case, the cancellation is for our convenience and no cancellation fee will be charged.

*In the event of rain, the tour will be held as long as the sea conditions are safe and the tour is safe.

Weather and sea conditions

*We may not be able to visit all three locations, change points, or cancel the tour for safety reasons due to inclement weather or ocean conditions.

*Experience diving and snorkeling will be conducted in the vicinity of the anchored boats. No landing on the island is allowed.

*Depending on the sea conditions and the number of people on board, the experience dive may be conducted after the second point.

Clothing and personal belongings

*Wetsuits are required for diving experiences.

*On the day of the tour, please wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a change of clothes, bath towel, etc.

*Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the tour.

Conditions of participation

*Please note that due to the size of the equipment, participants weighing more than 100 kg will not be allowed to participate in the event.

*For safety reasons, persons under 9 years old and persons over 60 years old are not allowed to participate. Please understand.

*Please be sure to read the travel conditions before applying.

Health Information.

*People with circulatory or respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver problems, hangovers, or alcohol consumption on the day of the event are not allowed to participate.

*You may not be able to participate depending on your health condition on the day. Please understand this in advance.

*If you fail the medical check on the day of the event, you will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be given.

*Because of atmospheric pressure, you cannot board an airplane on the day of diving.

Equipment and eyesight.

*Underwater spectacles with power lenses for myopia are available (limited in number and power). Please let us know at the time of reservation if you wish to use these glasses.

*Because the power may not match, we recommend the use of disposable contacts that will not cause any problems if they are flushed.

Requests on board

*Drinking alcohol on board is prohibited, and please refrain from bringing alcohol or other beverages on board.

*Please refrain from loud conversations, playing loud music through speakers, and other activities that may disturb other guests.

*Minors must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.
