It was a wonderful experience. It was so much fun that we had over 20 or 30 minutes of flying time, and we were so greedy that we wanted to go 1.5 or 2 times higher if we could. The boat ride to and from the shore (about 15 minutes each way?) was quite fast. The boat ride to and from the shore (about 15 minutes each way?) was quite fast and quite enjoyable as well. But be careful not to get drunk. The meeting place is just straight ahead from the entrance of the parking lot toward the sea in front of you. The boat is a red-roofed boat, but the roof is very small and the image is that of a "hitashi" (a bridge). I thought it would be safe to watch the boat in the YouTube video shown on this site in advance. It was 1600 yen by cab from the airport. I could see that the staff was conducting the tour with safety as the first priority, and I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. Thank you very much.
